Full time position The Children’s Chiropractic Center “Oklahaven”

Purpose: A unique opportunity to provide chiropractic care to the most neurologically disorganized children.

Objective: To serve and help build the clinic’s mission through education and chiropractic care for the most profoundly hurt children amongst us.

Responsibilities:

  • Lives the Chiropractic life style
  • Inspired by working with neurologically disorganized children
  • Help with initial examination of new patients
  • Observe the children’s changes and record appropriate documentation
  • 3-month follow up revaluation, treatment plan and Neuro-Developmental Sequence
  • Assist in the function of the clinic
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of education and fundraising activities
  • Community involvement and speaking engagements
  • Oklahoma Chiropractic license
  • Upper Cervical knowledge
  • Proven track record in chiropractic
  • Travel required
  • Be willing to align with the senior Doctor’s philosophy and techniques.
  • Love the Chiropractic premise
  • This is accomplished in conjunction with Dr. Bobby Doscher’s assessment and direction

Interview Questions

  • Daily communication with Dr. Bobby regarding clinic schedule
  • Assist in the keeping of daily patient records and notes
  • Report weekly on goals and accomplishments

Chiropractic Communications Officer

Full or part-time position

  • Purpose: To serve and help fulfill the mission of the Children’s Chiropractic Center “Oklahaven”, celebrating 63 years of natural, drug-free healthcare. Promoting the center’s mission to the public and to chiropractic communities worldwide.

Description:

Candidate must embrace a natural, drug-free lifestyle.
Must be happy, dependable, positive person with a strong work ethic, working with front desk and assisting patients in a small office. Maintaining the organization’s internal operations. Detailed, multi tasked with administrative and organizational skills.
Development responsibilities with a keen insight to people and doing the best with what is existing to move forward.

Skills: Responsibilities include front desk reception, scheduling, light bookkeeping, computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, [Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook], Social Media, and the internet. 

  • Communication: Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and excellent writing and correspondence skills
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize a calendar of events (seminars, special events, and writing deadlines), and to oversee and accomplish administrative tasks
  • Technology: Internet experience and electronic data organization; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Access
  • Non-profit: Candidate must have non-profit experience
  • Travel: willing to travel inside and outside the United States
